A cleansing mix – pineapple, lime juice, cucumber and spinach – combined in a light ultra-refreshing elixir. This recipe is not only packed with vitamins and minerals but also with dietary fiber which is good for digestive health.

  • 1½ cups chopped pineapple
  • ½ medium cucumber
  • Juice of ½ lime
  • 1 tsp grated fresh ginger
  • 1 cup coconut water
  • 2 tsp Good Green Stuff
  • 1 small handful spinach
  • ½ cup of ice (optional)


Add all ingredients to a blender and blend on high until smooth.
